طغى على اليوم الرابع من أسبوع الموضة في ميلانو عرض لمجموعة «دولتشه آند غابانا» صُممت بالتعاون مع كيم كارداشيان.
وتهافت محبو نجمة تلفزيون الواقع بأعداد كبيرة إلى مقر الدار الإيطالية في مركز متروبول بالمدينة الواقعة شمال إيطاليا، آملين في رؤية كارداشيان إثر الحملة الإعلانية الضخمة التي مهدت للحدث والمنشورات الكثيرة حوله عبر الشبكات الاجتماعية.
وعُرض في خلفية المنصة أثناء الحدث فيلم بالأبيض والأسود لكارداشيان بشعرها الأشقر البلاتيني، وهي تتناول طبقاً من المعكرونة في المطعم. كما تضمن الشريط لقطات بطيئة تُظهر النجمة الأميركية، وهي تقوم بحركات عادية كمسح فمها أو تناول قطعة من الخبز.
ومشت العارضات على المنصة على وقع موسيقى حماسية لتقديم مجموعة الأزياء بعنوان «تشاو كيم»، التي اختارت قطعها نجمة تلفزيون الواقع من مجموعات الدار الإيطالية بين 1987 و2007.
وتشمل المجموعة نسخاً مجددة من قطع تاريخية بينها بزات كاملة، وفساتين ضيقة، وكورسيهات، وملابس داخلية شفافة أو من الدانتيل، إضافة إلى أزياء مريحة وسراويل جينز أو قمصان «كروب توب».
وحضرت في القاعة، كل من كريس جينر والدة كيم، وابنتها نورث، وإحدى شقيقاتها في الصف الأول للتصفيق لملكة الشبكات الاجتماعية التي حيّت الجمهور في نهاية العرض، برفقة المصممين دومينيكو دولتشه وستيفانو غابانا.

في عملية واسعة النطاق شملت عدة ولايات ألمانية، شنت الشرطة الألمانية حملة أمنية ضد أعضاء مافيا إيطالية، اليوم (الأربعاء)، وفقاً لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية. وأعلنت السلطات الألمانية أن الحملة استهدفت أعضاء المافيا الإيطالية «ندرانجيتا». وكانت السلطات المشاركة في الحملة هي مكاتب الادعاء العام في مدن في دوسلدورف وكوبلنتس وزاربروكن وميونيخ، وكذلك مكاتب الشرطة الجنائية الإقليمية في ولايات بافاريا وشمال الراين - ويستفاليا وراينلاند – بفالتس وزارلاند.

إيطاليا ترفع الحظر عن «تشات جي بي تي»

أصبح برنامج «تشات جي بي تي» الشهير الذي طورته شركة الذكاء الاصطناعي «أوبن إيه آي» متاحا مجددا في إيطاليا بعد علاج المخاوف الخاصة بالخصوصية. وقالت هيئة حماية البيانات المعروفة باسم «جارانتي»، في بيان، إن شركة «أوبن إيه آي» أعادت تشغيل خدمتها في إيطاليا «بتحسين الشفافية وحقوق المستخدمين الأوروبيين». وأضافت: «(أوبن إيه آي) تمتثل الآن لعدد من الشروط التي طالبت بها الهيئة من أجل رفع الحظر الذي فرضته عليها في أواخر مارس (آذار) الماضي».

Growing Privacy Fears in London over Smart Glasses

The rise of smart glasses equipped with high-definition cameras raised concerns in London surrounding privacy and consumer technology in public spaces.

According to CNN, videos posted on social media without the knowledge of the concerned person have brought questions about consent and whether existing privacy laws can keep pace with technology that allows people to record almost invisibly.

The glasses — which can capture video, photos and audio from the wearer’s perspective — are growing in popularity. They allow users to listen to music, take calls and snap photos hands-free, and some tech companies believe they could one day be the preferred way to communicate with AI assistants.

Recently, London bars, restaurants, theaters, and public institutions have started to restrict or ban camera-equipped smart glasses while some anti-smart glasses advertisements have appeared at bus stops.

Eyewear giant EssilorLuxottica, which Meta partners with for its glasses, said 7 million pairs of AI glasses were sold in 2025.

Meta is holding its Connect conference this week, where it’s expected to announce new smart glasses without cameras, according to The Information Samsung and Google are expected to debut new jointly developed smart glasses this fall.

But as the technology becomes more widespread, so too has the backlash. Videos posted on social media showing men who appear to film women without their knowledge have raised questions about consent — and whether existing privacy laws can keep pace with technology that allows people to record almost invisibly.

“It makes it harder and harder to protect yourself by just looking around and screening for things,” Irina Raicu, director of the internet ethics program at Santa Clara University’s Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, previously told CNN. “So, the whole notion of consent is kind of disintegrating.”

London A Bellwether for How People Respond to Growing Tech

London, along with New York and Australia, is emerging as a bellwether for how people and businesses are responding to the growing tech.

Some hospitality and entertainment venues have introduced restrictions or bans, and anti-smart glasses advertisements have begun appearing at some bus stations throughout London.

One skewers Kylie Jenner’s ad campaign for Meta glasses, transforming her into a skeletal X-Ray with the tagline: “We’re Always Watching.”

The sentiment echoes a broader ban across the United Kingdom from August that prohibits smart glasses in the courtroom.

Some Londoners told CNN that smart glasses make them feel uneasy in places where people expect a degree of privacy, like bars, restaurants and other social settings.

‘Turn the cameras off’

Popular pub chain Wetherspoons has prohibited customers from recording using the glasses.
“I don’t really want to be filmed when I’m just out having a couple of pints,” Zak, a student at a Wetherspoons pub in central London, told CNN.

He said he had seen videos on TikTok in which people appeared unaware they were being filmed, adding that covering the glasses’ recording light was “ridiculous.”

Serena, another Wetherspoons customer, said she was particularly concerned about the possibility of being filmed without knowing where the footage might end up.

A Wetherspoons spokesperson told CNN, “With regard to Meta glasses, our instinct was to say, ‘turn the cameras off.’”

And while tech companies continue to develop smart glasses, integrating photography and artificial intelligence, Londoners mainly ask how to protect individual privacy when cameras become virtually invisible and integrated into everyday eyewear.

The White House released Sunday lists of products that could benefit from lower tariffs under an arrangement with China affecting $30 billion in goods in each direction, without specifying the rates or timetable.

US President Donald Trump and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping concluded a summit on Friday, with their talks covering matters including trade.

The United States and China will review the lists "with a view toward providing reduced tariff treatment to those goods in a reciprocal manner," according to the terms released by the White House.

The US could reduce tariffs on 77 categories of Chinese goods including fireworks, Christmas ornaments, household goods and sports equipment, AFP reported.

China's import list includes more than 1,600 categories of American goods, including meats, grains, dairy, coal and timber.

The White House announced on Friday an agreement on "recommendations" for more favorable tariff treatment for these "non-sensitive goods," following Xi's visit to Washington.

Beijing confirmed the agreement on Saturday.

China also agreed to import at least 10 million metric tons of coal from the US in 2027 and 2028, the White House said.

Xi and Trump agreed to a trade truce last year during a meeting in South Korea, after a tit-for-tat fight that saw tariffs soar over 100 percent at one point.

The pact was originally due to expire in November but both sides have agreed to extend it until January 10, according to US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.

Güney Kore, Rus saflarında savaşırken esir alınan iki Kuzey Koreli askerin nakline ilişkin gizlilik anlaşmasını ihlâl eden Ukrayna’dan resmî özür talep etti.

Ukrayna Devlet Başkanı Volodimir Zelenskiy, Birleşmiş Milletler Genel Kurulunda yaptığı konuşmada ülkesinin iki Kuzey Koreli askeri Güney Kore’ye naklettiğini açıklayarak "Onları canlı ele geçirmek kolay olmadı" ifadelerini kullandı.

Zelenskiy’nin bu açıklamasına X platformu üzerinden yanıt veren Güney Kore Devlet Başkanı Lee Jae-myung, "Ukrayna tarafının anlaşmayı ihlal ederek bu durumu neden kamuoyuna açıkladığını anlamıyorum" diyerek yaşanan hayal kırıklığını dile getirdi.

Zelenskiy’nin danışmanlarından Dmytro Lytvyn ise Ukrayna’nın "açık bir devlet" olduğunu belirterek, askerlerin gizlice teslim edilmesine şaşırdıklarını ifade etti. Lytvyn gazetecilere yaptığı açıklamada, "Hikâye uzun ve ayrıntılı olsa da biz sadece Kore Cumhuriyeti’ne gönderildikleri gerçeğini açıkladık" dedi.

Ancak Güney Kore Cumhurbaşkanlığı Basın Başsekreteri Song Ki-hong yaptığı açıklamada, "Ukrayna tarafının iki ülke arasındaki gizlilik anlaşmasını ihlal ederek bilgileri tek taraflı olarak ifşa etmesi son derece ciddi bir durumdur" değerlendirmesinde bulundu.

Song, "Ukrayna Cumhurbaşkanlığı Basın Ofisinin gizlilik anlaşması olmadığına dair asılsız iddiası, iki ülke hükümetleri arasındaki güveni ciddi şekilde sarsmakta ve dostane ilişkilere büyük zarar vermektedir" diyerek, Seul’ün "resmî bir açıklama ve özür" talep ettiğini duyurdu. Song ayrıca Seul yönetiminin konuya ilişkin "gerekli görülebilecek ilave tedbirleri" değerlendirdiğini belirtti.

Ukrayna, geçen yılın başlarında Pyongyang’ın Rus güçlerini desteklemek üzere sahaya sürdüğü birlikler arasında yer alan iki Kuzey Kore askerini esir almıştı. Güney Koreli bir milletvekili daha önce yaptığı açıklamada, söz konusu iki askerin Güney Kore’de "normal bir yaşam" sürdürme isteklerini dile getirdiklerini belirtti.

Şarku’l Avsat’ın edindiği bilgiye göre Güney Kore Anayasası uyarınca, Kuzey Kore sakinleri de dâhil olmak üzere bütün Koreliler Güney Kore vatandaşı kabul ediliyor.
