Saudi Justice Minister Waleed al-Sama’ani inaugurated on Wednesday the Judicial Command Center in Riyadh, in a new step to support the justice system and improve performance and transparency.

The center digitally monitors the work of courts and notarial offices in order to enhance operational and strategic inspection, and provide rapid response for the benefit of clients.

It uses 64 strategic indicators that enable real-time monitoring, analysis, and evaluation, which contributes to accurate decision-making and clear development paths.

“The ministry has adopted ongoing progress in line with the Kingdom's admirable transformation, seen in all parts of the country,” said al-Sama’ani in his speech during the inauguration.

“This has been guided by the leadership and ambitious vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud.

“The center applies the best practices in the field, and enables anticipation and resolution of any issues to improve justice services and ensure quality and transparency, which contributes to the ministry’s NTP 2020 objectives,” the minister added.

“The center will allow the public to view the data and results indicating judicial performance,” the minister announced. “This promotes transparency and enhances interaction with specialists so that they become partners in development efforts.”

“The ministry has undertaken to build its vision on a set of objectives and indicators, including taking care of clients and achieving their satisfaction, in line with the government’s aspirations to enhance the quality of life for citizens and residents alike,” he added.
