Saudi Energy Minister Relieved of His Position
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz issued on Saturday three royal orders.
The first order relieved Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Energy, of his position.
Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was appointed as the new Minister of Energy.
Engineer Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Abdulkarim, Deputy Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources for Industry Affairs, was relieved of his post. Engineer Osama bin Abdulaziz Al-Zamil was appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources at the excellent rank.
Meanwhile, Prince Sultan bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was appointed Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Bahrain.
