King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) has relentlessly delivered relief aid to several Yemeni governorates.
It distributed Thursday shelter materials in Khab, Shaaf and Yatimah directorates in al-Jawf governorate, including 12 tents, 720 blankets and 240 rugs, benefiting 720 people and 3,500 packs of dates to the neediest families in Hadramaut directorates.
This aid comes within the framework of relief and humanitarian projects being provided by the Center in all Yemeni regions, without exception.
Director General of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor’s Office in Hadramout Coast Hani El-Beid hailed the support provided by the Center in various fields.
He said the project targets cancer patients, orphans, widows, people with special needs and families that are in need.
KSRelief distributed last week 1,500 packs of dates to groups and student dormitories in Mukalla.
This aid comes within the framework of distributing 3,000 tons of dates targeting 15 Yemeni governorates.
It also distributed humanitarian aid including clothes and foodstuffs to 61 widows at Tarim and Sayoun Directorates in Hadramout.
In this context, aid convoys from KSRelief headed Thursday towards Sanaa, carrying 41 tons and 440 kilograms of foodstuff.
The Center distributed 162 tons and 800 kilograms of foodstuff to 13,200 people displaced from Sanaa governorate to Marib on Wednesday.
Also, 14 aid convoys headed from Wadia border crossing towards Taiz governorate, carrying 244 tons and 500 kilograms of medical supplies and medicines.
