The January poll saw an increase in the number of participants by more than 60 percent. The level of satisfaction with services provided at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh was 72 percent while 59 percent were satisfied with King Abdulaziz International Airport’s services.

General Manager of Quality and Customer Protection Eng. Abdulaziz al-Dahmash at GACA confirmed the increase in the number of participants in the survey. The number of positive evaluations reached more than 500 thousand compared to 300 thousand in December.

He added that the monthly reports of the level of customer satisfaction at airports and the notes they submit on the services provided aim to assess, develop and improve the current level of services at airports by applying the highest international standards in the quality of passenger services and improving their quality.
